Shipping & Order Processing Information:

When placing an order with Tradenet Technology, you will be offered several shipping options during checkout, including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. If you require a specific shipping method not available on our website, please contact us directly.

Orders must be received by 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to be shipped the same day. While we make every effort to ship orders received after the deadline, same-day shipment is not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing it as early as possible and reaching out to a sales representative via email, phone, or our Contact Us page. Please note that certain exceptions may prevent same-day shipment, even for orders placed before the deadline.

Exceptions to Same-Day Shipping:

• Orders placed outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
• Large orders (over 100 phones) may take 24 to 48 hours to process, pack, and ship.
• If part of your order is out of stock and you select FedEx/UPS Ground shipping, your order will ship once the out-of-stock items are received (usually within 4 business days).
• If part of your order is out of stock and you select FedEx/UPS Express shipping, we will contact you to determine whether you would like the in-stock items shipped immediately or wait for the complete order. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
• Other unexpected exceptions may arise depending on the specific circumstances of your order.

We strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery, but we encourage you to reach out with any questions or special requests regarding your shipment.

Delivery times may vary based on factors such as the shipping and delivery addresses, as well as the date the order is shipped. FedEx and UPS are generally reliable with their transit times, so once you receive a tracking number from us, you should be able to estimate your delivery date with reasonable accuracy. Simply visit the FedEx or UPS website to track your package. The tracking information typically includes an estimated delivery date, which is usually quite accurate.
